Canoe Route Closure At Wabakimi Provincial Park (June 2023)
Wabakimi Provincial Park in Ontario is reporting a canoe route closure (as of June 19th, 2023) due to a forest fire within the Flindt River route. Portage trails from Valley Lake to Tew Lake have been closed and a recommended alternate route through Brennan Lake can be used to access Wabakimi Lake instead.
